Urth for Farmer

Learn how to make money from soil carbon

Step 1

Choose your measurement company(s)

We are tracking with international standards. Soil depth: minimum 30cm soil depth (i.e for satellite data over 20k+ hectare land masses) but ideally 1.2 meters using the best verification for the farmer and the buyer.

Methods currently acceptable:

Soil cores, Sonar some satellite calibrated with basseline soil cores.

Ecological measurement: Carbon Pump, Savoury institute EOV, Accounting for Nature, Regen Australian Farmer’s RestoreAg, Oricoop ECO credit (Others to come).

Methods being worked on:

Soil core technologies and viable ground biodiversity validation.
